Terms of Service

1. Using Blink
These terms govern Blink and its public posts, comments and category requests. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms to create an account. By registering, you agree to these terms. Browsing does not require an account. The service is currently free; no paid subscription or automatic billing is enabled.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and a working email address. Keep your password private and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and content you submit. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
3. Your content and our permission to host it
You retain ownership of your content. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, format, display and distribute your submitted content as needed to operate and promote Blink and its public sharing features. This is not a transfer of ownership. The license ends when the content is removed, except for limited backup, legal and security retention described in the Privacy Policy. Other users do not receive a blanket license to republish your work.
4. Public means public
Blinks, comments and profile names can be read, linked, indexed, copied or screenshotted by others. Do not post secrets, private contact information, credentials or material you are not entitled to share. Deletion from Blink cannot remove copies or search caches held by others.
5. Community rules
Do not submit illegal material, child sexual exploitation material, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, scams, malware, spam or content that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not evade restrictions, attack the service, harvest personal data or interfere with other users. Clearly distinguish your opinions and fictional examples from factual claims.
6. Moderation and reports
We may review reported material, remove content, decline category requests and restrict or end accounts for violations, abuse, security risks or legal obligations. We do not guarantee that every post is reviewed before publication. Contact us using the Legal page to report content or ask us to reconsider a decision. Include the relevant URL and context.
7. Accuracy and external links
Contributors are responsible for their posts. Information may be incomplete or incorrect; verify claims before relying on them. Content is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other qualified advice. Linked websites have their own policies and are not controlled by Blink. Editorial starter posts may be prepared with AI assistance and are identified on the editorial profile.
8. Availability and responsibility
We provide Blink as available and do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage or suitability for every purpose. Keep your own copies of important work. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Ending use and changes
You may stop using Blink at any time and delete your account in Account settings. We may change features or these terms. Updated terms will show a new effective date, and material changes will be announced in the Change Log or in the application. Changes apply prospectively; where fresh consent is required, we will request it. Mandatory rights under the law that applies to you remain intact.
